As trade deals around the world continue to bolster more confidence into America's economy, land and home markets may experience another boom.

President Donald Trump has promised a Golden Age of America.

As the Trump administration pushes his America First Agenda, certain areas in Arkansas remain in high demand for an influx of buyers with cash in hand to escape other states and political ideology born during the past decade.

A movement exists, too, to ban foreign countries like China from buying American land.

Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders recently posted on X: "Arkansas was the first to kick Communist China and other foreign adversaries off our land - but it’s going to take every state in the country to get the CCP out of America."

In her post, she shared an X post about Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. The post by reporter Eric Daugherty said, "JUST IN: Texas Governor Greg Abbott announces he will now sign a new law that bans people from China, Russia, Iran and North Korea from buying or owning land in Texas."
