Another name for Liver Cheese is Braunschweiger, more or less a liver pate. Braunschweiger isn’t a loaf; it’s a short log, like summer sausage. On white bread with mayo feels like a legitimate choice — no shaming Suzi 🤫 (Richard). I don’t eat Braunschweiger very often; my Dad liked it from time-to-time. I think it’s best on a sturdy cracker or a slice of baguette. My dad just sliced a piece and ate. I’m bougie like that 😉
Everybody probably already knows it’s Braunschweiger, but I like to think about the memory of my Dad introducing it to me. No one else in the house would touch it. We had a couple other foods like that. It’s a find memory for me.
I remember the ham and cheese loaf. Problem was never enough slices in the packages.
Also, the banana slicer gives me Lorena Bobbitt creepy vibes.
🤣

Potted meat and saltine crackers are my go to 😳
You’re all fancy using crackers, friend. Straight out of the little can if it’s deviled ham.
😂😂😂 Suzi can eat all of that she wants
