Numerous social media accounts have posted a video of obvious inappropriate contact between law enforcement and a bystander during a law enforcement operation Friday, March 25, at a mobile home alleged to be in Stuttgart.

Social media posts claim multiple law enforcement agencies depicted in the video were on the scene.
