Who is Chandler Wilson Carroll?

The FBI raided her Little Rock home Thursday morning and arrested her for fraud and money laundering of PPP loans during the pandemic.

Crestwood Drive is a posh street, the kind you see in Southern movies that center on the lives of the wealthy who have designer homes, manicured landscape lawns, fancy foreign cars and beautiful friends in very high places.

Plenty of secrets also live behind closed doors in Little Rock's historic Hillcrest neighborhood where a cheap house on Crestwood is around half a million dollars and most are substantially more than a million.

That neighborhood was rocked Thursday morning when FBI agents raided the home of Chandler Wilson Carroll, 31, and arrested the businesswoman.
