"Somehow Building built in the wrong place" - bad survey, multiple surveys, can't read a tape measure, didn't use a tape measure, don't care they won't make me tear it down, wrong info from city etc.

I think this happens more often than we would expect usually with similar results as we saw in this video.

I remember once years back when the City of Magnolia made a citizen move a high dollar brick privacy fence, which likely cost more than some buildings, but usually once built the offending structure stays.

It appears to me that the McNairs and their contractor were in error from the start by failing to obtain a building permit BEFORE beginning ANY construction! Anything done by anyone, including the city by its employee(s) from then on, is irrelevant to this issue in my opinion.

Have you listened to the Audio file of the city council from last fall? This has been an ongoing situation. I believe it's titled "Audio Alert" dog poop, it's been months ago
